What we collect
When you submit the Discuss a Project form we receive the details you enter (name, business email, organisation, role, facility or opportunity information and your message), the page you submitted from and the time of submission. This website does not use advertising trackers. Standard web-server logs record IP addresses for security purposes.
Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to assess whether a project is a fit, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing. Where a project advances, information is shared with partners only under confidentiality and only as needed for the work.
Where it goes
Submissions are emailed to a monitored Valverde mailbox and stored in Valverde’s inquiry records and CRM. Facility-specific information is never placed in advertising platforms.
Retention and your rights
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship and meet legal obligations, then deleted. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections or ask for deletion by emailing david.charles@valverdepowersolutions.com. Applicable law includes Canada’s PIPEDA and Alberta’s PIPA, and, for US contacts, the relevant state laws.
